Building Enhanced Services on the Trend Vision One Platform

The revamped program is centered around the Trend Vision One™ platform, which offers opportunities for partners to provide services and assessments to both enterprise and SMB-focused partners. As the demand for cybersecurity grows, organizations face increased risks from threat actors who are monetizing criminal activities. This highlights the need for in-house skills to protect data, companies, brands, industries, and governments.

The redesigned program equips partners to bridge this gap by delivering vital services such as Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), Managed Service Provider (MSP), Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Incident Response. To address the evolving needs of customers, Trend Micro is enhancing the ability for partners to offer assessments, including Cyber Risk Assessments, External Attack Surface Assessments, Cloud Posture Assessments, and Azure AD Assessments. Over 800 partners have already utilized Cyber Risk Assessment Services to perform more than 1,400 customer assessments, with additional services in the pipeline.

  • Embracing AI: Partners can leverage Trend Vision One’s generative AI capabilities to enhance their SOC teams’ performance, accelerate daily workflows, and increase productivity.
  • Increasing Profitability: Stacked benefits, including capabilities, deal participation, co-selling, marketplace competitive private offers, and recognition of partners’ influenced revenue in services and consulting, enhance partner profitability.
  • Expanding Services: Trend Micro offers new competencies for partners to earn technical and service validations in cloud security, professional services, managed security services, SOC, IR, and more.
  • Co-selling and Lead Generation: The program provides multiple lead generation tools and customer workshops, including co-branded risk assessments, cloud security workshops for AWS and Azure, online demo environments, marketplace incentive campaigns, and co-sell tools.
  • Immersive Learning: Trend Campus supports hybrid learning with three progressive tracks and offers in-depth 1:1 consultations for competency partners.
  • Integrated Digital Experience: The program integrates various digital platforms, including partner locator, partner portal, mobile app, leads dashboard, and cloud marketplaces, for a seamless experience.

Trend Micro’s partner program is built on a thriving channel consisting of 147,000 profiled partners. Over half of these partners have successfully completed broader cybersecurity training in the past year. Notably, deal registration has experienced significant growth, driven by co-selling partners. AWS Certified Channel Partner Program (CPPO) partners have seen a 42% year-over-year growth, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners selling XDR have experienced a 46% year-over-year increase.
